摘要
多步制备了SiO_2-CdTe QDs荧光纳米颗粒,包括表面氨基化SiO_2纳米颗粒载体、组装于载体表面的CdTe QDs壳以及最外层的二氧化硅壳。制备的SiO_2-CdTe QDs荧光纳米颗粒性能稳定,紫外吸收和荧光发射增强明显。最外层的SiO_2壳保证量子点的化学和光学稳定性的同时,还有助于表面生物基团的修饰。可以预见,SiO_2-CdTe QDs荧光纳米颗粒作为生物探针将来应用于生化分析研究的广阔前景。
The SiO2-CdTe QDs fluorescent nanoparticles are prepared in multi-step. They are consisted of amino surface of silica nanoparticles carrier, assembly of CdTe QDs on the surface of the carrier and the outer shell of silica, showing higher photolumineseenee and absorbance, stable morphology. The outermost layer of silica not only ensures that the chemical and optical stability of quantum dots, but also contributes to surface modification of bio-based groups. It is predicted that SiO2-CdTe QDs fluorescent nanopartieles with good performance as biological probes used in biochemical analysis have a great future prospect.
