摘要
针对过环空产出剖面测井仪器在定向井造斜点处经常遇阻、遇卡的问题,提出改进测井工艺的方法。包括改进加重杆结构,改进的鞭式加重杆和短加重杆的应用,增大了仪器与造斜段的夹角,使其可以变换弯曲角度,适应造斜段井眼角度的变化;将8mm电缆改为12.7 mm的电缆,增大电缆自重以使挠性增强、通过能力增强;制造减震器,将其连接在仪器与加重杆之间,保证仪器在受到较大冲击时不受损伤;仪器串各短节采用软连接,使仪器串能在下井过程中随弯就势地顺利通过造斜点。经过现场108井次测井试验,结果表明,改进的定向井过环空产出剖面测井仪器工艺合理可行,能解决斜度小于32°的定向井产出剖面测井施工遇到的技术难题。
Blocking and sticking frequently occur at the kick off point in a directional well, during lowering conventional production logging tool string into borehole through the annular space between tubing and casing. To sovle this problem, method of improved logging technology is proposed. Weight bar structure is modified, which makes the bar change its bending angle to adapt to the variation of wellbore trajectory at the deflecting interval in a directional well. A spring-type shock absorber, which is used to protect against violent shocks, is designed, manufactured and installed between the logging tool and the weight bar. Flexible joints are installed among other short sections, which makes the tool string smoothly pass through the kick off point with curved lying. The result of field tests in 108 wells shows that the improved through-annulus production logging technology is rational and feasible, which can solve the production logging problem in directional wells with deflection angle less than 32 degree.
