摘要
数字资源的生产、集成、传播和使用涉及多个权益主体,需要从法律、市场、技术等多个角度对各权益主体进行权利保护和利益平衡。本文从法律角度探析数字资源权益的分享与平衡,考察了各权益主体之间针对数字资源的权利的确认、权利的保护以及权利的利用机制。
There are many participants in the course of producing, integrating, disseminating and utilizing of digital information resources. These participants＇ rights and interests should be protected and coordinated with the way of law, market and technology. From the legal point of view, this paper analyses the methods of rights protection and interests sharing to digital information resource, including confirmation of the rights, protection of the rights and the utilization of rights.
