摘要 本文研究了常见固体污染物煤粉、三氧化二铁、岩石粉、淬火钢粉、空气滤清器细试验粉尘对液压泵性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同成分的污染物对液压泵的危害程度相差很大。在此研究的基础上,作者提出了液压系统油液当量污染度的概念:将混合污染物中各种成分的污染物的浓度按其危害性转换为相当的标准试验粉尘的浓度。 This paper studied that some normal solid-contaminate,such as coal powder,Fe_2O_3,rock powder,steel powder and the powder from air filter,affected the performances of hydraulic pumps.The finding indicated that the harmness to hydraulic pumps was rather difference if the contaminant had variety of integrants.Based on this study the author suggested a concept concerning equivalent contamination rate for hydraulic oil of hydraulic systems,which meant that the concentration of contaminate for variety of integrants in contaminate mixture was transformed into the equiva- lent concentration of standard test powder in the order of its harmness.
