矿物掺合料高性能混凝土的抗裂性研究 被引量:4

A Study on Anti-Cracking Property of High Performance Concrete with Mineral Admixtures

摘要 针对目前应用混凝土平板法试验、抗裂系数评价高性能混凝土的抗裂性能过程中,尚存在的不足之处,从吹风起始时间、抗裂系数计算参数选取等角度,对低水胶比粉煤灰混凝土、大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土的抗裂性能进行比较。结果表明:平板法试验时,吹风起始时间对混凝土的表面裂缝状况有显著的影响,在混凝土初凝之前,吹风起始时间越早,混凝土表面出现的开裂现象越严重,不同掺合料混凝土所表现出来的抵抗塑性开裂能力的差距越明显;抗裂系数计算时,养护龄期,特别是混凝土干缩龄期对混凝土的抗裂性评判结果影响显著。 At present,shortcomings existed in evaluating course of the anti-cracking property of high performance concrete(HPC) with flat test and anti-cracking coefficient.Experiment and studies on the anti-cracking property of fly-ash concrete and concrete with high volume of ground slag at low water to binder ration are carried out.The effects of the beginning time of blow and the choice of calculation conditions of anti-cracking coefficient are discussed in this paper.The results show that an obvious effect on the status of surface cracks in concrete since the beginning time of blow with flat test,more surface cracks to occur with the earlier beginning time of blow,and the difference of anti-cracking capability between the different mineral admixtures concrete is obviously before the initial set time in concrete.Curing age,especially shrinkage age,is obviously affecting the evaluating result of the anti-cracking capability of concrete with anti-cracking coefficient.
