摘要
《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图为开发开放先导区》将内外统筹与沿边开放创新战略、增长极培育与区域经济和谐发展战略、产业优化与增长方式转换战略融为一体,对长吉图开发开放先导区产业发展提出了要求。作为吉林省经济总量最大的城市,长春市负担着牵引整个长吉图开发开放先导区产业发展的使命,对其工业发展和产业布局进行实证分析,可以认清问题,通过产业结构调整,发挥城市聚集经济的优势,具有极强的现实意义。
Planning for Tumen River Regional Cooperation and Development ——Taking Changchun-Jilin-Tumen as the Pilot Zone has integrated the overall planning with the opening up in border areas,combined the cultivation of growth pole with harmonious development of regional economy,linked industrial optimization with the changing of growth mode,and planned a new route for the industrial development of the pilot zone as well.Changchun,a city ranked first for its total economic output in Jilin Province,should play the role of leading the whole industrial development of the zone.An empirical analysis of Changchun＇s industrial development and layout will be of great significance to make a full play of the advantages of cluster economy in urban areas by the adjustment of industrial structure.
