摘要
在大规模的建设中,结构混凝土强度非破损检测技术应用日趋普及,目前主要有回弹法、超声脉冲法、超声—回弹符合法等,回弹法因其具有设备简单,操作方便的优点,所以被广泛应用。用回弹法检测混凝土强度是对常规检验的一种重要补充,有关规范中建议通过实验建立地区专用测强曲线。本文通过实测检验数据,利用最小二乘法原理,推断出混凝土强度与回弹法检测的平均回弹值之间的专用测强曲线,与通用测强曲线相比较,该曲线比通用测强曲线更接近实验数据,能更好的推算本地区混凝土的实际强度。
In large-scale construction,the application of nondestructive testing technology in the measure of structural concrete strength has become increasingly popular,which mainly includes rebound method,ultrasonic pulse method,ultrasonic-rebound method,etc..The rebound method was mostly used because of its simple equipment and easy operation.In this paper,we concluded the special strength test curve by using the least square method and the measured test data.The special curve was more accurate than the general strength test curve in calculating the actual strength of concrete.
