摘要
本文根据液压系统中污染物平衡原理,应用工程控制论中传递函数和框图的方法,建立了PBTR—Ⅱ型工业机器人液压系统的污染控制所需要的数学模型,并定量研究了确保机器人液压系统可靠工作的污染均衡控制的方法和措施。
This paper establishes the math model of contamination control in hydraulic system of industrial robot PBTR—Ⅱ based
on the equalization principle of contaminate in the system,adopting the transfer function and the block diagram of engineering cybernet-
ics,and quantitatively studies the methods and measures of contaminate equalization control to guarantee the reliability in the hydraulic
system of industrial robots.
