The characteristics and superiority of the equipment manufacturing industry of supply chain are introduced. The model of the equipment manufacturing industry optimization of supply chain is discussed： implementing the supply chain management by taking advantage leading enterprises as the core, vendor management inventory as the means, and supply chain management service outsourcing as the goal.
