摘要
利用Microsoft speech SDK开发包,进行语音合成的二次开发,在VB集成环境下,建立天气预报语音合成转换程序,实现实时语音输出及语音波形文件输出,使用天气预报文本转语音的功能,可满足电视《天气预报》配音之要求。
Using Microsoft speech SDK development kit, the secondary development of speech synthesis was conducted. up.
