摘要
Business has managerial talent showing great foresight.High quality human resources management is the way to attain high performance and a competitive advantage.This study uses documents,interviews,expert opinions and questionnaires to discuss management competence of the Taipei 101,China.Finally,we propose ways to supply Taipei 101,China,T&D,and improve managers'competence.
