摘要
随着我国投融资模式的多元化推进,采用BT融资模式成为解决基础设施建设资金紧缺瓶颈的一种新模式。目前我国各地基础设施运用BT模式进行投资建设的运作方式还不尽相同,项目融资成功与否是BT项目能否成功运作的关键所在。通过对BT项目边界条件的界定,分析了影响项目回购方案的主要因素,通过实际案例论证了基于发起方(政府)角度,如何选择最佳的回购方案,发挥BT模式的优势。
Build and transfer （BT） is becoming a popular project delivery system for infrastructure facilities in China. Project finance is the cornerstone of BT project. By defining the boundary conditions of BT project, the key factors that affect the repurchasing schemes are analyzed. From the initiator＇s perspective, how to choose the best repurchasing scheme are presented through a case.
