摘要
在pH=4.74的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中,Mn(Ⅱ)强烈催化KIO4氧化对碘偶氮氯膦褪色,确定了反应的最佳条件,测定了反应级数、表观速率常数和表观活化能,确立了反应速率方程,探讨了反应机理,建立了一种测定痕量锰的新方法。该方法的检测限为0.05ng/mL,线性范围为0.05~2.5ng/mL。方法选择性好,直接用于自来水中痕量锰的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the catalytic kinetics of the reaction system of Chlorophosphonazo-PI-Mn (Ⅱ)-KIO4 System is studied. It is found that traces of manganese (Ⅱ) catalyze the oxidation of Chlorophosphonazo-PI by potassium periodete in an HAe-NaAc buffer medium of pH 4.74. The optimal reaction conditions, the order of reaction, the apparent reaction rate constant ,the apparent activation energy, and the reaction rate equation were determined. A high-sensitivitycatalytic kinetic photometric method for determining traces of manganese is described. The sensitivity of method is 0.05ng/ml. The linear range of manganese in water with satisfactory results.
