摘要
信息化建设是国家十二五规划的一个重要环节。信息化建设的进程在某种程度上决定了国家的发展进程和动力。文章针对煤炭企业在信息化建设中存在的问题,在深入分析的基础上提出了煤炭企业信息化建设的基本原则,以及切实可行的基本步骤。
