摘要
文章研究了煤气体积分数测控系统,利用煤气传感器实时对煤气体积分数进行测量和监控,重点讨论了AD574A芯片如何实现数据的转换。通过理论分析提出煤气体积分数比较算法,并借助软件编程实现,最后制作样机调试,超值报警达到预期效果。
In the paper, the gas volum iraction measurement system is studied, the gas sensor is used for gas volum fraction real-time measuring and monitoring. It is focused on how to realize data transformation with AD574A chip. The gas volum fraction algorithm is proposed by theoretical analysis and with the software programming realization, finally making prototype debugging, the desired effect of overflow alarm is achieved.
