石化企业低碳技术创新具有高技术风险、高市场风险、高政策风险属性。积极构建适宜的石化企业低碳技术创新模式,不断强化与完善政府在低碳技术创新过程中的风险防范功能,增强石化企业自身低碳技术创新风险防范能力,可以在一定程度上防范石化企业低碳技术创新风险。
The technology innovation of low-carbon have high technical risk, high market risk and high policy risk in the petrochemical enterprises. Actively costructing the appropriate lowcarbon technology innovation model of the petrochemical enterprises, continuously strengthening and improving the government＇s function that the risks will be prevented in the process of the technology innovation of low -carbon, enhancing the ability of risk prevention of the petrochemical enterprise, to a certain degree, which can prevent the risk of the technology innovation of low-carbon of the petrochemical enterprises.
