摘要
目的探讨甲状腺疾病细胞DNA倍体及异倍体的临床意义。方法收集本院手术中快速冰冻切片甲状腺新鲜标本作细胞印片,采用Fealgon染色,用DNA分析仪扫描30例甲状腺肿,8例甲状腺炎,23例甲状腺肿瘤的DNA倍体及异倍体。结果甲状腺肿30例,发现9例出现DNA倍体异常细胞;甲状腺炎8例,发现2例DNA倍体异常细胞;甲状腺肿瘤23例,发现14例倍体异常细胞;30%甲状腺肿细胞DNA表现为异常;60%甲状腺肿瘤细胞DNA倍体表现为异常;25%甲状腺炎细胞DNA表现为异常。结论甲状腺细胞DNA倍体分析可为判断甲状腺疾病提供一定的参考价值。
Objective To study the clinical significance that DNA ploid analysis of thyroid disease.Methods DNA ploid automatic detect analysator were used to 30 cases goiter,23 cases thyrodi's tumors and 8 cases thyroiditis.Results Aneuploid DNA were observed in 30% of goiter,and 9 cases5c,17 cases were diploid DNA.Aneuploid DNA were observed in 60% of thyroid's tumors,and 14 cases5c,10 cases(50%)were diploid DNA.Also 25% of thyroiditis were appeared aneuploid DNA,2 case was diploid DNA.Conclusion DNA ploid analysis can offer reference value for thyroid disease.
