摘要
对颗粒组分特性与扬矿硬管输送速度之间规律进行研究。理论分析与试验研究结果表明:单颗粒垂直管道输送时的滑移速度即为其沉降速度,当输送水流速度继续增大到超过了沉降速度后,滑移速度逐渐减小;对于同级配的固体颗粒,输送速度随着体积分数的增大而增大,当固体颗粒体积分数达到某一值后,输送速度增大的趋势减小;颗粒级配不同对体积分数的影响是不一样的,大颗粒级配占优势时输送速度大,小颗粒级配占优势时输送速度小。
The relationships between mineral component features and lifting speed were comprehensively studied.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the slip speed of single particle is its settling velocity.When the water flow speed continues to increase more than its settling velocity,the slip velocity slowly decreases.At the same level of particles gradation,the transport speed increases with the increase of the volume fraction.When it reaches a certain critical value,the growth rate slows down.Different particles gradation has different influences on volume fraction,large dominant particle size distribution requires large speed and small dominant particle size distribution needs smaller speed.
