关节镜下自体4股腘绳肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带的临床疗效 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下自体4股腘绳肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法 73例前交叉韧带断裂患者,采用关节镜下自体4股腘绳肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带,股骨侧用Endobutton尼龙袢、胫骨侧用界面螺钉固定,术后行系统康复训练。结果 67例随访24~63个月,平均38个月;Lachman试验0级51例,＋1级11例,＋2级5例,轴移试验0级46例,＋1级13例,＋2级8例;Lysholm膝关节评分由术前（58.0±10.2）分增加至（92.0±10.1）分,其中优38例,良22例,可6例,差1例,优良率89.6%;无膝前痛及膝跪痛。结论关节镜下自体4股腘绳肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带,可恢复膝关节的稳定性,是治疗前交叉韧带断裂的有效方法。
