CT对肺淋巴瘤的诊断价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结肺淋巴瘤CT表现特征及分型,探讨CT诊断肺淋巴瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析经临床及组织病理证实的31例肺淋巴瘤患者的胸部CT影像资料。结果 CT诊断肺淋巴瘤18例,其中肿块结节型7例,肺炎实变型6例,混合型5例,诊断准确率58.06%;含气支气管征、正常血管穿越征、多种类型病灶并存征及跨叶分布征和磨玻璃征为肺淋巴瘤CT典型征象。结论 CT检查有助于肺淋巴瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断。
