摘要
目的探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化手术的安全性和有效性。方法采用“旋转碎核”法白内障超声乳化技术对46例(51只眼)眼轴≥26.5mm的高度近视白内障,行白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术。结果术后33只眼(64.71%)裸眼视力〉10.5,41只眼(80.39%)矫正视力〉t0.5,超声过程中后囊破裂率3.92%。结论“旋转碎核”法超声乳化技术对高度近视白内障行超声乳化摘除,对眼内组织损伤小,破后囊率低,并发症少,使眼部条件较差的高度近视白内障患者获得较为理想的手术效果,是一项具有应用价值的技术。
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of non-chopping rotation in high myopia cataract extraction. Methods Fifty-one eyes of 46 patients with high myopia cataract and whose axial length were more than 26.5mm had phacoemulsifications associated with IOL implantation surgery. Results Postoperative uncorrected visual acuities were greater than 0.5 in 33 eyes (64.71%). The rate of capsular rupture was 3.92% during phacoemulsification. Conclusions The non-chopping rotation technique has an practical application with little tissue damage, low capsular rupture rate and few complication for high myopia cataract patients and can bring a desirable outcome.
