摘要
需求管理是整个软件工程管理的基础，也是决定一个软件项目成败的关键。本文论述了软件项目中需求管理的重要性及存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出相关解决方法。
Demand management is the foundation in whole software engineering management, also is to determine key of success or failure.This paper discusses the importance of demand management,the existing problems.In the light of these problems,puts forward relevant solutions.
