高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定植物源性食品中4种噻唑类杀菌剂 被引量:9

Determination of thiazole fungicide residues in plant-based foods by HPLC-MS/MS

摘要 目的:建立一种应用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定植物源性食品中4种噻唑类杀菌剂的新检测方法。方法:采用乙腈提取试样中的噻唑类杀菌剂残留,提取液经浓缩,Sep-pack Vac复合固相萃取小柱净化,用HPLC-MS/MS进行定量分析。结果:4种噻唑类杀菌剂得到良好分离,方法的线性范围为20μg/L~100μg/L,检出限均为10μg/kg,回收率为64%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%~12.5%。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标满足检测植物源性食品中4种噻唑类杀菌剂的监测需求。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of four thiazole fungicides in food of plant origin by HPLC-MS/MS.Methods: The thiazole fungicide residues in samples were extracted by acetonitrile.After concentration,the extract was cleaned up by passing through a Sep-pack Vac SPE cartridge,and then analysed by HPLC-MS/MS.Results: Four thiazole fungicides were well separated.The linear range of the calibration curve was 20 μg/L^100 μg/L,the detection limits of 4 thiazole fungicides were 10 μg/kg,the recovery range was 64%~115%,and the RSD range was 2.8%~12.5%.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.The technical specifications are suitable for the detection of four thiazole fungicides in food of plant origin.
