摘要
介绍了核心竞争力的概念、特征及其识别,建立了兽药企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系和评价方法,并对3个兽药企业进行了实证研究,为企业战略管理和政府部门的决策提供有益的参考。
The concept,feature and identification of core competence were introduced in this paper,the evaluation index system and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for assessing core competence were established,and an empirical study was made for three animal companys according to theirs situation in order to offer useful reference on strategic management of company and government decision.
