摘要
对高校人力资源管理进行研究具有现实性的意义，高校人力资源已经成为了高校竞争的重要的手段。本文分析了目前高校人力资源管理的含义和高校人力资源中存在的问题，并提出了一些切实可行的建议。
Study of Human Resource Management of University has realistic significance, human resources of college has become an important means of competition. This paper analyzes that the meaning of human resource management of college and the problems of human resources of university, and made some practical recommendations.
