英国区域空间战略公众评议制度刍议

摘要文章介绍了英国区域空间战略修订过程中公众评议的流程,即评议小组的建立、参与者的选择、公众评议的筹备与开展、小组报告的编写和处理,在此基础上对中英区域层级公众参与制度从制度基础、法律保障、社区参与和参与时间4个方面作了比较分析,以期对公众参与我国区域层级规划的修订提供借鉴。
