DHS和PFNA在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨DHS和PFNA内固定术治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用DHS和PFNA两种内固定手术方法对75例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行治疗和随访。结果:平均随访时间为18个月。DHS内固定组手术30例,发生头钉切割1例,主钉退出2例;PFNA内固定手术45例,全部获得骨性愈合。结论:对于老年性股骨粗隆间骨折,应用PFNA内固定在疗效、手术创伤等方面明显优于DHS螺钉内固定,具有操作简单、创伤小、固定牢靠、防旋转、防切割、并发症少及患者可早期离床负重等优点,有利于骨折稳定以及进行早期的功能锻炼,其治疗效果明显优于DHS内固定。
