摘要
目的:探讨ICU床边彩超引导下中心静脉置管术在血液净化治疗中的应用。方法:将2004年12月-2010年12月在我院ICU需建立血管通路血液净化治疗的70例患者随机分为对照组和研究组各35例,以传统的解剖部位定位法进行中心静脉穿刺置管为对照组,在床边彩超引导下进行中心静脉穿刺置管为研究组,比较两组穿刺成功率。结果:研究组穿刺置管成功率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在ICU床边彩超引导下行中心静脉置管建立血管通路行血液净化治疗有优势。
Objective： To explore the value of color doppler flowing imaging（CDFI）guided central vein catheter of blood purification. Methods： 70 cases in ICU needed blood purification from Dec 2004 to Dec 2010 were randomly divided into control group and research group, and each group was 35 cases. The control group located by anatomy and the other was located by CDFI. The successful rate of puncture was compared between the two groups. Results： The successful rate of puncture in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusions： CDFI guided central vein catheter shows advantage value in cases needed blood purification.
