摘要
目的:探讨双额叶脑挫裂伤的临床特点与治疗方法以改善预后。方法:回顾性分析2006年3月至2010年3月我科收治的急性双额叶脑挫裂伤患者42例的临床资料。结果:恢复良好26例,中度残疾7例,重度残疾4例,死亡5例。结论:急性双额叶脑挫裂伤病情易出现突变,创伤的严重性较其他部位有潜在发展的特点,必须动态严密观察生命体征及头颅CT变化,对病情恶化者及时手术治疗,消除颅内高压可改善患者预后。
Objective： To explore the clinical characters and treatment of contusion and laceration of brain of bilateral frontal lobes and to improve the prognosis. Methods： The clinical data of 42 cases admitted by our hospital because of contusion and laceration of brain of bilateral frontal lobes were retrospectively analyzed from Mar 2006 to Mar 2010. Results： Among the 42 cases, 26 cases were favorable recovery, 7 cases were moderate disability, 4 cases were severe disability and 5 cases were death. Conclusion： The conditions of the patients with bilateral frontal contusion and laceration of brain are apt to worsen abruptly. Active operation and removal of bone flap for decompression, elimination of intracranial high pressure were vital to improve the prognosis.
