非小细胞肺癌的免疫治疗

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是世界上癌症相关死亡的首要病因。目前,手术切除、放射治疗、化疗是针对NSCLC的主要治疗方法,但大多预后不良。在过去20年里,在治疗NSCLC的新方法中,免疫治疗发生了巨大变化并且重新受到重视,免疫治疗以及与标准治疗方法结合扩大了临床收益。本文结合新出现的先进的免疫治疗方法,对NSCLC免疫治疗进行综述。
