摘要
采用酸性或1:2型金属络合/活性染料一浴二步法浸染工艺对锦棉交织针织物进行染色。探讨了元明粉、烧碱、稳定剂和冰醋酸用量以及添加冰醋酸时的温度对染色K/S值的影响。其优化工艺为:元明粉30~60 g/L,烧碱1.0~1.5g/L,碱性稳定剂Domapal ELD 1.0~1.5 g/L,醋酸1.0~4.0 g/L,加酸时的温度80℃。采用该工艺染色,染料上染率及各项染色牢度与常规二浴法染色工艺相当,可明显降低生产成本。
With acid or 1:2 metal complex/reactive dyes, dip dyeing of polyamide/cotton knits in one bath and two steps is carried out. The influences of sodium sulphate, caustic soda, stabilizers, dosage of acetic acid and temperature of adding acetic acid on K/$ value are discussed. The optimized process is sodium sulphate 30 ~ 60 g/L,caustic soda 1.0 ~ 1.5 g/L,stabilizer Domapal ELD 1.0 ~ 1.5 g/L,acetic acid 1.0 ~4.0 g/L,adding acid at 80℃. The dye-uptake and color fastness are equivalent to those with conventional two-bath dyeing, and the process can reduce production costs significantly.
