摘要
基于日本2005年针对中小河流制定的洪水淹没风险区域图制作指南,对日本中小河流洪水淹没区域风险图的制作进行了较详细的介绍,其中归纳了其所需资料、洪水淹没分析方法和淹没区域风险区域图的具体制作,对我国山区河流洪水风险区域图编制具有重要的借鉴意义。
Based on the guidelines for risk mapping of the flood inundated areas for middle and small rivers complied in 2005 in Japan, a more detailed introduction is made herein on the risk mapping of the flood inundated areas for middle and small rivers in Japan; in which the necessary data for the mapping, the method for the analysis on flood inundation and the specific process of the mapping are summarized, and then an important reference can be provided for the flood hazard mapping for the mountainous rivers in China.
