左心室辅助装置逆转心脏重塑的研究进展
摘要
近年来,左心室辅助装置(left ventricular assist devices,LVAD)作为一种以降低心脏前后负荷为基础的治疗装置,在等待心脏移植的慢性终末期心力衰竭患者中开始应用,并显示出良好的安全性和有效性。随着该技术的发展以及适应证的增加,LVAD广泛应用于各种原因引起的终末期心力衰竭患者,并且研究显示LVAD能提高患者生存率,降低不良事件的发生,对终末期心力衰竭患者心脏功能的逐渐恢复以及生活质量的改善发挥了重要作用。
