改良式肾盂癌根治术42例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨改良式肾盂癌根治术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2011年1月间施行的42例改良式肾盂癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果42例患者手术均顺利完成。30例患者术后获随访，随访时间5个月-6年，均未见膀胱肿瘤发生。结论改良式肾盂癌根治术具有创伤小、恢复快的特点，值得临床推广应用。
