裸露管线停输温降规律数值模拟 被引量:10

Numerical Simulation of Temperature Drop for Exposed Pipeline after Shutdown

摘要 热油管道在运行过程中难免遇到停输,裸露管线因为没有土壤的保温作用,往往成为停输的关键。针对裸露管线的热力特性,利用CFD软件进行了停输模拟,为了更真实地模拟停输过程,先进行了停输前管道内的温度场计算,在此基础上进行停输模拟。分别针对环境温度不变和变化进行了两次模拟。模拟结果显示,不考虑环境温度变化时,停输时间为8 d,考虑环境温度变化时,管内温度场比不变时要高,停输时间要长。研究结果为实际管道间歇输送方案提供指导依据。 Shutdown of heat oil pipeline is inevitable in its operation process and lack of heat preservation of exposed pipeline is often main cause of its shutdown.Shutdown simulation has been conducted by using CFD software on thermal properties of exposed pipeline.In order to simulate its shutdown process more realistically,calculated firstly was the temperature field in the pipeline before shutdown,simulation was conducted in invariant and variant environment temperature conditions respectively and simulation results show that shutdown period is 8 days if environment temperature change is not considered and shutdown period is longer if environment temperature change is considered and the temperature field in the pipeline is higher than no environment temperature change,which can provide guidance for actual intermittent pipeline transportation.
