我国房地产价格指数差异比较——以中房指数和全国70个大中城市住宅价格同比指数为例的分析 被引量:6

摘要 本文以中房指数和全国70个大中城市的住宅价格同比指数为基础,从样本选择、数据采集、计算模型三个主要方面对比了两家机构在住宅价格指数上的差异,并分析了产生差异的原因,评价了两种指数的利弊及准确程度,最后提出了完善我国住宅价格指数统计方法的几点建议。
