摘要 杂散电流严重威胁管道的安全运行,对其进行检测、分析和排流是管道防腐的重要工作。针对这一问题,提出了基于傅里叶变换杂散电流分析方法。傅里叶变换的基本思想是将时域的信号转换到频域进行分析。管道对地电位测试数据,通过傅里叶变换分析处理之后,可以得到其中的直流分量和不同频率的交流分量。对这些分量的幅值进行分析,可以判断管道上存在的交流杂散电流的幅值、频率、是否存在直流杂散电流以及管道阴极保护的状况。现场实测数据表明了傅里叶分析方法的有效性。 Stray current has severely threatened the operation safety of metal pipelines,so it is an important task for a pipe anti-corrosion department to detect and analyze stray current and take electric drainage steps.An analytic method of stray current has been presented in this paper.The method employs Fourier transformation.The basic idea of Fourier transformation is analyzing the signal of the time domain in the frequency domain.Through Forier analyses,DC components and all sorts of AC components of the pipe-to-soil potential can be obtatined.By analyzing the component's amplitude,the clear judgments can be presented,including the amplitude and frequency of alternating stray current,the existence of direct stray current and the state of cathode protection.In the end,the effectiveness of the stray current analyzed in Fourier transformation is presented through a couple of applications.
