密蒙花总黄酮对去势雄鼠干眼症泪腺组织中白细胞介素-1β表达的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察密蒙花总黄酮对去势导致干眼症雄鼠泪腺组织中白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)表达的影响。方法健康1个月Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术对照组、模型组、雄激素组、密蒙花总黄酮组,造模后1、3、5个月3个不同时间段处死,观察泪腺组织中IL-1β表达的病理形态学改变,并用免疫组织化学方法检测泪腺组织中IL-1β表达。结果正常组、假手术对照组、丙酸睾酮组、密蒙花总黄酮组IL-1β表达显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);正常组、假手术对照组的IL-1β表达显著低于丙酸睾酮组、密蒙花总黄酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论密蒙花总黄酮通过抑制去势干眼症雄鼠泪腺组织中IL-1β的表达,进而抑制干眼症泪腺的炎症反应。 Objective To assess the effects of buddleja officinalis flavones on interleukin-1β(IL-1β) expression in the lacrimal gland of castrated rats with dry eye.Methods Wistar rats in one month old were randomly divided into normal group,sham group,model group,androgen group and therapy group with Buddleja officinalis flavones.After model established,the rats were killed at 1 month,3 months and 5 months,and then,the pathomorphology changes of IL-1β in lacrimal gland were observed and IL-1β expression was detected with Immunohistochemistry.Results Compared with model group,the IL-1β expression in other three groups were less signicantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);and the IL-1β expression in normal and sham groups were less significantly than that in androgen and therapy groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Buddleja officinalis flavones can through inhibiting expression of IL-1β in lacrimal gland of castrated rats to reduce inflammation in lacrimal gland with dry eye.
