摘要
独立学院是我国高等教育生态系统中一种新型的办学模式,作为教学应用型高校的一种类型,人才培养是决定其能否健康持续发展的关键因素.论文从生态学的视角透视了安徽省独立学院建设的现状与问题,探讨了可持续发展的安徽省独立学院人才培养目标和应用型人才培养模型,并从10个方面构建了实施策略.
Independent colleges are a new schooling mode in the higher education system.As a new type of college for educating application-oriented talents,the key factor for its sound development is decided by the mode of talent cultivating.This paper,from an ecological perspective,sheds an insight into the status and problems of independent colleges operation in Anhui,explores the goal of talent cultivation and the mode of cultivating application-oriented talents for the sustainable development for independent colleges in Anhui,and then puts forward practical strategies from ten aspects.
