1989年度宝钢转炉炼钢工序能耗实现负值的分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS OF MINUS ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN THE YEAR 1989 IN BOF STEELMAKING PROCESS IN BGISW

摘要 宝钢是从日本引进的具有世界70年代末先进技术水平的钢铁联合企业,设计的一期转炉炼钢工序能耗为6kg标煤/t锭,但现在的世界先进水平都为负值。宝钢为赶上世界先进水平,通过1988年生产情况的分析,开展了“负能炼钢系列研究”,主要在降低转炉二次除尘电耗和增加转炉煤气回收量方面下了功夫,结果使1989年转炉炼钢工序能耗实现了-1.05 kg标煤/t钢的水平。介绍了1989年实现负能炼钢的考虑、开展的主要工作以及所取得的经济效益。 The equipment in Baoshan Combined Iron & Steel Co.are imported from Japan, which has the advanced technological level at the end of 70s in the world, the designing value of energy consumption of BOF steelmacing process in the first phase of the project is 6 kgce por ton ingot. In order to catch up with the world advanced level of minus energy consumption, by analysing the production conditions of 1988 and launching a series of study on minus energy consumption stcelmaking, especially paying much attention to decreasing power consumption of secondary dust removal and increasing gas recovery amount, BGISW makes the energy consumption of BOF steelmaking process having reached to -1.05 kgce per ton steel in 1989. Some considerations and main work done and economic benefits achieved in realizing minus energy consumption steelmaking in 1989 have been introduced in this paper.
