摘要
本文叙述了首钢第二炼钢厂210t转炉一年多来采用加焦炭补热多吃废钢炼钢的试验和生产概况,着重分析了加焦炭对炼钢操作、钢铁料消耗和钢中含硫量的影响,进而提出了加焦炼钢的合适焦炭用量和比较合理的工艺参数。
This paper describes the tests and production conditions of 210t converter steelmaking by adding coke as additional heat to smelt more scrap in steelmaking Works No.2 of SISC in the past one year,and especially analyses the influence of the process on steelmaking operations and iron & steel raw material consumption, and on the sulphur content of steel made by adding coke,and puts forward suitable coke quantity and resonable technical parameters in steelmaking by adding coke.
