摘要
介绍气煤联产甲醇氢碳互补的工艺原理,比较天然气、煤和气煤联产甲醇的工艺流程、原料消耗、煤气变换率、CO2排放、动力消耗、投资和经济性,指出气煤联产能起到很好的氢碳互补作用,可使水煤气的变换率为最低,气煤联产无论是在原料消耗、动力消耗、CO2排放,还是在投资和经济性上均有一定的优势,是一种较优的甲醇合成原料路线。
Introduce the process principle of the hydrogen and carbon being complementary in co-production of methanol from natural gas and coal,compare the process flows,raw material consumptions,coal gas shift rates,CO2 emissions,power consumptions,investments and economies among the methanol production from natural gas or coal and the co-production,and point out that the co-production from natural gas and coal can be complementary for hydrogen and carbon,and minimize the coal gas shift rate.The co-production from natural gas and coal has certain advantage over the other processes in both the raw material and power consumption,CO2 emission and the investment and economics,and is a better feedstock route for methanol production.
