摘要
转炉煤气的回收利用是氧气炼钢工艺中降低工序能耗、消除环境污染的主要技术措施,其净化回收系统也已成为转炉炼钢必不可少的设备,因此,必须不断改进转炉煤气回收的设计,并注意它在生产中的问题。本文就唐钢二炼钢厂30t转炉煤气回收系统的工艺流程和特点,并结合生产实践对转炉烟气净化、煤气回收、煤气柜的气密性和吹扫工艺的实施,以及实际经济效益等问题进行了介绍和评价。
The recovery and utilization of gas in BOF is a main technplogical measure for decreasing the energy consumption of production process and eliminating pollution of the environment, and gas purification and recovery system has become a essential equipment in BOF, therefore, the design of BOF gas recovery system must be improved continuously, and attention should be paid to the problems of its operation. Combining with production operation, the gas purification and recovery, airtightness and sweeping of gas holder and economic benefits for 30tl BOF gas recovery system of Steelmaking Works No.2 of TISC have been introduced and appraised in this paper.
