摘要
在轧钢加热炉内涂刷高温辐射涂料,能强化炉内热交换,提高加热炉的热利用率。本文介绍的氧化铁皮节能涂料不仅成本低,而且耐高温,对比试验证明,它在开始一年内可节能6%。
With applying high-temperature radiation coating in steel rolling reheating furnace the heat exchange inside furnece could be strengthened and thermal efficiency of reheating furnace raised. The energy-saving coating of iron oxide introduced in this paper is not only lower cost but also resistance to high-temperature, it is shown through comparative tests that 6 percent energy could be saved in a year after the coating being used.
