摘要
针对当前信息分类编码标准数量和所涉及领域不断增加的情况,文章提出了一个新的信息分类编码标准分类框架,以解决信息分类编码标准分类体系的完整性、稳定性和开放性等问题。它一方面在高层继承已有的标准分类体系,另一方面,参考借鉴现代汉语语义分类体系,在子领域部分设计出一个更为完整和稳定的框架结构。该分类框架能满足当前及今后信息分类编码标准的发展需求。
For the number of standards of information classification and coding constantly increases, this article introduced a new framework for standards of information classification and coding in order to solve integrity, stability and openness issues of existing classification system based on Chinese semantic taxonomy. The results prove that the new taxonomy can meet the current and future need of information classification and coding standards development.
