摘要
目的:观察生肌祛腐膏外敷治疗压疮的疗效及对预后方面的情况加以分析。方法:观察37例患者(共46处)压疮疮面,消毒后将生肌祛腐膏粉撒在创口表面,再覆盖有消毒液和葡萄糖粉的无菌纱布,10d为1个疗程。疗程期间对于此类患者要加以适当的护理观察,因为其并发炎症的可能性极大,所以要仔细观察和护理。结果:治愈44处,好转2处,总有效率为100%。所有患者的44处创面清洁程度结果,通过统计发现,44例压疮换药后3d脓液渗出明显减少,1周后疮上无脓液再渗出,到9d后所有创面都达到清洁标准;压疮创面的肉芽生长情况,换药3d后,发现仍然有28处创口未出现毛细血管颗粒,但接触性出血不明显;1周以后发现创面基本有肉芽出现接触性出血;9d后创面肉芽新鲜增生活跃。结论:本法疗效可靠,易于操作,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the Shengjiqufugao topical treatment pressure ulcer and effect on the prognosis of analysis. Methods： 37 patients were observed （46 place） pressure ulcer wound. After disinfection would given birth to remove corruption cream powder and Shengjiqufugao in the wound surfaces, then covered with disinfection and glucose powder sterilized gauze of 10 d, for a period of treatment. Results： Cure 44 place, better two places, with the total effective rate of 100%. All patients with 44 place clean the wound and the statistics of degree, found 44 cases pressure ulcer after 3 d purulent exudate change significantly reduced, one week after boil no pus filtered out, again to 9 d all wounds after all to clean standard; Pressure ulcer wound granulation growth of change, 3 d after the change, it found that there were still 28 place did not appear wounds, but contact particles capillary hemorrhage was not apparent; 1 weeks later found wounds were basic has granulation appear contact bleeding; 9 days wound granulation hyperplasia after fresh active. Conclusion： The curative effect of this law, easy to operate, and reliable clinical promotion.
