摘要
本文介绍了在煤粉加热炉上使用的喷流空气换热器的设计、使用效果,以及存在问题及改进等。经三座煤粉加热炉的长期使用表明,喷流空气换热器很适用于如煤粉等烟气灰尘含量高的烟气余热回收。
An air-jet recuperator used in the powered coal-fired reheating furnace are introduced in this paper, which includes the design, application effects and its improvements and so on, Through their being used in 3 powered coal-fired reheating furnaces for long period, it is shown that the air-jet recuperatcrs are suitable to the waste heat recovery of flue gases with high ash content such as powered coal flue gases.
