摘要
本文采用铜模吸铸法制备直径为4mm的块体非晶合金Fe55Ni2Cr12Mo10Y2B6C13,对非晶合金在298K~1073K温度区间的热膨胀行为进行了分析。非晶合金的膨胀系数在室温至接近玻璃转化温度区间没有发生明显的变化;当温度超过Tg后,由玻璃态进入过冷液相区,粘度急剧增加,膨胀系数增高;在T>Tx后,非晶态结构逐渐转化为晶态结构,膨胀系数经过了两次升高,两次降低的过程。非晶态合金的热膨胀行为变化与非晶样品的结构弛豫变化和粘滞性流动有关。
Bulk amorphous alloy Fe55Ni2Cr12Mo10Y2B6C13 with diameter of 4 mm was fabricated by copper mold casting in this paper.The linear thermal expansion behavior of amorphous alloy was studied between 298 K^1073 K.The thermal expansion coefficient didn′t change evidently from the room temperature to the glass transition temperature;The viscosity and the thermal expansion coefficient increased owing to the transition from glass state to super-cooled liquid when the temperature is above Tg;The alloy transforms from amorphous structure to crystalline structure when the temperature is above Tx,which resulted twice increasing-decreasing process of the thermal expansion.Thermal expansion behavior of bulk amorphous alloy is related with structural relaxation and viscous flow.
