摘要
学术界普遍认为技术创新是经济增长的助推器、发动机,但经济增长有多大程度归因于技术创新,技术创新的指标如何评价目前仍无定论。本文从R&D人员和R&D经费投入及专利申请的角度对技术创新进行研究,运用理论模型阐述劳动力、资本、技术创新之间的相互关系,并在实证中通过ECM模型加以证明。
Academics generally agree that technological innovation is the booster and engine of economic growth. However, how much the extent of economic growth attributable to technological innovation and how to indicate technological innovation, the current remained open. In this paper, R ＆ D personnel and R ＆ D input of funds and patent applications point of view of technological innovation research, the use of theoretical models elaborated, the relationship between labor, capital and technolog- ical innovation, and adopt ECM of the empirical model to prove.
