摘要
选取耐热性不同的两个西葫芦品种明珠特早(不耐热)、绿波(耐热),采用PEA荧光仪进行快速叶绿素荧光诱导曲线及其参数的测定。当温度在36~40℃时,两个品种的叶绿素荧光参数变化不明显。当温度高于44℃后,随着温度的增加,Fo缓慢上升,Fm、Fv和Fv/Fm大幅度下降,且明珠特早的变化幅度大于绿波。明珠特早在44℃水浴15 min时荧光动力学曲线在0.8 ms处出现K峰,呈现O-K-J-I-P五峰型上升趋势,绿波晚出现10 min。明珠特早在48℃水浴2 min后出现K峰,绿波则在48℃水浴6 min后出现K峰。随着热胁温度的升高,RC/CSo与Fvi/Fv的变化趋势恰好相反。
The fast chlorophyll a fluorescence transient and its parameters were measured by a PEA luminoscope ( plant efficiency analyzer from Hansatech) in two varieties of pumpkin ( Cucurbita pepo L. ), Mingzhutezao with lower heat - resistant capability and Limbo with higher one. The parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence did not change sharply from 36℃ to 40℃. As the temperature increasing from 44℃, Fo went up slowly, but Fm, Fv and Fv/Fm came down in wide range, and their variations of Mingzhutezao were larger than those of Li3bo. After treated for 15 minutes at 44℃ ,the K - phase of Mingzhutezao appeared at about 0.8 ms on the fluorescence kinetics curve', so the regular O - J - I - P transient was transformed to an O - K - J - I - P one. Meanwhile, the K -phase of Li3bo appeared when the treatment time was up to 25 minutes at 44℃. When the temperature was 48℃, the K - phase and 6 minutes respectively. As the temperature of Mingzhutezao and Luebo appeared after treated for 2 minutes of heat stress increased from 36℃ to 50℃, RC/CSo reduced gradually,while Fvi/Fv rose up.
